Working closely with team to prepare files
Confirming clear title
Reviewing loan documents
QC of HUD
Ensuring accuracy
Experience Required:
3+years of mortgage processing
Prefer National experience
Excellent communication skills
Very detail oriented and organized
Able to follow policies and procedures
Able to meet high volume orders
Foreclosure experience is a plus
Mortgage release is a huge plus
