Our Nashville,TN client is looking to bring in a Manager to join their team on a Direct Hire basis.
Plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of the company. Duties and responsibilities include following corporate policies and procedures, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources.
Review financial statements, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and improvement.
Manage employees, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes.
Develop and implement marketing strategies.
Oversight of field workers related to dress code and ensuring they are directed to the right location.
Provide required Administrative functions.
Provide guidance to Assistant Manager as needed
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Experience: 6 Months + related experience in Sales and Non-Profit
Military Veterans are highly encouraged to apply as well.
Computer Skills Mid-level computer skills
