Our Fort Worth, TX client is seeking an Office Administrator on a contract to possible hire basis.
The office administrator provides support and clerical functions for the entire office. Duties include organization of company records, light accounting, establishing office processes, and general administrative duties. The ideal candidate will possess self-management capabilities, planning skills, and problem solving expertise.
Essential Job Functions:
Enter, edit and format sales reports in Excel for President and VP
Assist in monitoring accounts receivable and payable
Answer and screen telephone calls in a professional manner
Compose and type standard correspondence
Handle and maintain sensitive and confidential information
Fax, photocopy and scan as requested
Other related duties as assigned
Skills and Requirements:
2+ years of administrative assistant experience
Bachelors degree highly preferred
Heavy Microsoft Excel experience required (basic formulas)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail required
Knowledge of office administrative procedures and knowledge of use and operation of standard office equipment
