Office Manager – Fort Worth

Our Fort Worth, TX client is seeking a Office Manager on a contract to possible hire basis.

Job Responsibilities:
Supports the President and Vice Presidents
Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash, Collections
Journal entries in general ledger, Bank Statements and Financial Statements
Provide new employee packets/forms and ensure completion
Set new employees up in computer and time card system
Assist in recruiting new talent
Process payroll for employees including Payroll Taxes
Scheduling appointments and booking travel
Generating analytical reports
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
Must have at least 5+ years of experience in a similar role
Experience in Construction or Manufacturing preferred
College degree preferred, degree in accounting a big plus
Experience with Navison software
Must be proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook
Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
