Our North Houston client is looking to hire an Office Manager to join their fast paced team.

Responsibilities:
Analyzes and organizes office operations and procedures such as answering the telephone, typing, bookkeeping, preparation of payroll, correspondence, filing, requisition of supplies, and other office services.
Evaluates office production, revises procedures, or devises new means to improve efficiency of work flow.
Coordinates activities of various office departments and/or workers within department.
Establishes uniform correspondence procedures and practices.
Reviews clerical and personnel records to insure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
Handles the over-the-counter sales transactions including payments by credit card.
Processing daily invoicing and payment posting.
Formulates procedures for systematic retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
Insure Accounting and Human Resources Template requirements are followed and reports submitted by required due dates.
Schedules all service jobs with the customer and coordinates orders with the service technicians
Process order entry and accounts payable coding.
Does order entry for service jobs, and fill in for dealer orders
Maintains petty cash account.
Prepares daily bank deposit.
Coordinates safety meetings and maintain the safety files.
Prepares and files reports of accidents and injuries at establishment.
Monitors installation and service warranty work.
Requisitions office supplies and equipment. Processes new employee’s paperwork at date of hire.
Plans employee activities.
Conducts new employee orientation.
Process payroll and monitor overtime.
Partner with GM to facilitate Monthly Safety Training and Compliance

Skills / Experience:
A minimum of 1 to 3 years in administrative experience
MUST come out of an installation organization
Detail Oriented, well organized, and possess excellent communication skills
Capable of multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
Advance computer skills, including spreadsheet experience with ability to design graphs and reports
Education Requirements
High School Diploma / GED required
