Frontline Source Group   – temporary staffing and direct hire firm – is looking for an Operations Oversight Manager for our Nashville , TN client for a contract to possible hire opportunity.

Purpose of the Job:  Management Development position requiring 3 to 5 years training. Development training will be phased in with the goal of becoming proficient in life insurance operations to assume responsibilities for New Business and Operations of acquired blocks of business.  Training will include industry courses and designations as well as all aspects of life insurance operations which includes but not limited to TPA oversight, identifying  expense and processing improvements, serve as custodian of records, meet all compliance and regulatory requirements, assist in legal issues, and provide opinions and  analysis of business performance, agent debt recovery, and other administrative processes.
