Outbound Customer Service Representative
Our busy and growing client located in Carrollton, TX has a need for multiple Outbound Customer Service Representatives on contract to possible hire basis.

Outbound Customer Service Representative Role:
The Outbound Customer Service Representative will make 50-60 outbound calls per day to stay in contact with current customers, answer any questions related to products, service and discuss any technical issues they may be experiencing to escalate the call when needed. 
Ensure all phone conversations with clients are handled in a professional manner
Update account info in our database
Build strong working relationships with customers and suppliers to enhance existing accounts 
Provide a superior level of customer support

Outbound Customer Service Representative Background Profile:
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Must have the ability to produce in a face paced environment
1-2 years of outbound call center experience is preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
Experience using CRM tools (Customer Relationship Management software) like Sales Force, Sugar, etc. highly preferred
Strong Communication Skills
