Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for the complete order execution cycle and customer delivery process from planning and sourcing to manufacturing and shipping.
  • Understand at detail level raw materials requirements for numerous finished goods SKUs,
  • Responsible for raw materials inventory control and management
  • Strategic Purchasing for best supplier selection, reliable sourcing and lead time scheduling to ensure adequate materials are on-hand at all times.
  • Manage for accurately timed deliveries and end customer focus.
  • Understand sales forecasts and work with sales team on manufacturing schedule implications.
  • Determine sources, inventory requirements and stocking levels
  • Interface with manufacturing and finance teams to maximize production at the least cost possible
  • Make recommendations and improve processes for the planning of inventory in support of yearly budgets and department targets.
  • Implement short and long-range supply chain strategies.
  • Expedite and seek alternatives for materials within the supply chain when necessary.
  • Supplier/ Vendor management (development, assessment, controlling).
  • Travel up to 25%.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in a directly related field and successful demonstration of key responsibilities and knowledge.
  • Bachelor Degree is required.
  • JD Edwards MRP system experience is highly preferred.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Description:

  • Maintain financial statement per GAAP/IFRS rules.

  • Preparation of yearend audit work papers.
  • Responsible for preparing monthly journal entries as required and maintaining recurring journal entries.
  • Adheres to company and department policies, procedures, and standards
  • Supports, cooperates with, and participates in company-wide EHS Management System which includes following all safety, health and environmental policies and procedures. Supports and cooperates in company-wide Quality Management effort.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • 3 or more years of directly related experience (in consolidations and multi-entity accounting).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, Outlook
  • ERP accounting system experience required, SAP preferred.
  • Knowledge of current GAAP/IFRS requirements and rulings.
  • Foreign currency exchange experience preferred.

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide regional support and office operations reporting to the Regional Manager. Overall responsibility includes ensuring efficiency and functionality of the metro office while providing excellent customer service to our internal and external customers. POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensures all surgical sets are complete, available and accurate per BOM, and accounted for in the field.
  • Inspects and replenishes sets which may have been quarantined after normal hours.
  • Examines instrumentation for missing components or contamination
  • Examines implant container and/or screw rack for missing items
  • Replenishes items from shipment package(s) or SIMS cabinet
  • Updates Bill of Materials and SIMS inventory, as required
  • Log all field equipment into the Metro Office inventory tracking tool.
  • Tag & log all new equipment releases.
  • Consignment paperwork detailing itemized inventory at customer locations.
  • Performs administrative duties to ensure regional customer satisfaction including VIP order processing; POR ordering and follow up; maintain accurate and current POR Report; Rectify Order discrepancies; Customer correspondence; CRM maintenance; Quote preparation; Initiate Grant requests; Initiate excess inventory exchanges; Initiate product complaints; Eval Set Information; Marketing Support;
  • On-Site workshop organization and planning.
  • Reserving Eval sets for Sales Consultant.
  • Coordinates dispatch and retrieval of sets and equipment using approved courier service.
  • Research and resolve accounting issues.
  • Emphasis placed on building good customer relations with Materials Management, Central Sterile, Accounting/Finance/Billing departments and other pertinent departmental staff.
  • Serve as Point of Contact between hospital and consultant for resolution of billing matters, i.e., Purchase Orders; billing discrepancies, drop-off/retrieval of equipment as may be required.
  • Provides emergency or back up deliveries.
  • Maintains literature library.
  • Orders supplies/forms for office.
  • Process Expense reports on Metro Office related expenses per company procedures and policies.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

Responsible for application and desktop training and support issues involving new users and end users. MAIN PURPOSE OF ASSIGNMENT

Execute existing ongoing Controller responsibilities while managing critical organizational projects including establishment of key accounting functions in-house, implementation of new financial applications, and ensuring compliance with current & upcoming software revenue recognition standards.

  • Manage established accounting functions in the areas of revenue recognition, AR, GL, contract review, etc.
  • Orchestrate projects to bring key accounting functions (Payroll, AP, Treasury, Tax, purchase card, etc) in-house and hire/train personnel for ongoing support of these functions; this will involve structuring policies, procedures, and controls necessary for best practices in these areas.
  • Assist in financial applications migrations (general ledger, timesheet reporting, etc).
  • Develop & document financial and administrative policies and procedures which will ensure the timely and accurate recognition of business in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), SOP 97-2 and subsequent Software Revenue Recognition guidelines.
  • Responsible for month-end accounting close and reporting in all balance sheet, subledger, revenue, & cash flow areas.
  • Responsible for accurate and timely processing of commissions
  • Responsible for accurate and timely customer invoicing and application of customer payments
  • Assume primary role in coordinating financial/revenue audits
  • Implement strategies for dealing with multiple company priorities while meeting critical deadlines for achieving financial goals.
  • Responsible for ongoing training required. Identify strengths and weaknesses of current staff for the formulation of ongoing training plans and appropriate evaluation measures.
  • Provides consistent professional direction to employees and help build positive effective interdepartmental communications to ensure process effectiveness.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

  • Interpersonal communication skills to interact with all levels of management and staff.
  • Strong project management experience in areas of accounting systems migration;
  • Experience structuring policies, procedures, & controls in establishment of new functional areas

General Purpose:

Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face. Supply information regarding the organization to the general public, clients and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
  • Take and relay messages
  • Provide information to callers
  • Greet persons entering organization
  • Direct persons to correct destination
  • Deal with queries from the public and customers
  • Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
  • General administrative and clerical support (AP/AR knowledge needed, includes typing, filing, proofreading, data entry and other clerical support as needed and directed)
  • Prepare letters and documents (Microsoft Office a must)
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments
  • Maintain conference calendars (manually and/or electronically)
  • Organize and schedule meetings

Education and Experience:

Project/ Product Mechanical Engineer – Houston Texas

Job Summary

Our client has a well established product line.  The Project/Product Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for modifying the drawings as well as all necessary documentation and analysis for customer specific modifications to the existing product line.  When not focused on specific projects, the engineer will work on extending the existing product line via modifications.

Job Description:

  • Machinery experience (assemblies, gear boxes, motors, Etc.)
  • Project Experience is a must.
  • Basic Mechanical calculations (pressure fits, torque on a shaft, etc.)
  • Modify drawings and all necessary documentation for product modifications.  Documentation will include but is not limited to test forms, specifications, manuals, and bill material.
  • Interface with machine shop to not only provide necessary documentation, but to also assist in troubleshooting problems and determining an acceptable solution.
  • Interface with sales team to provide costs and estimated delivery time for quotations.
  • Interface with customers to solidify specifications and needs.
  • Perform all necessary calculations and analysis to ensure quality products.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Required.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer with knowledge of machinery.
  • Detailed oriented with ‘can do’ attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Must be hands on and not only know how to create the drawings and documentation but be able to work with others to troubleshoot problems and determine solutions to mechanical problems.
  • Must be flexible and able to work on multiple projects at once.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the day to day operations of several commercial facilities
  • Responsible for maintenance of 350-800 ton chillers
  • Maintain commercial cooling towers for multiple facilities
  • Maintain process chillers for water
  • Maintain large commercial boiler systems
  • Care for and maintain domestic commercial HVAC systems
  • Installation of pump seals and 10-200 horse power motors
  • Must have the ability to be on call 24/7 if needed

Qualifications:

  • Must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic
  • Must work well with little to no supervision
  • Must have a minimum of 15 years of experience; 20+ is ideal
  • Must have federal CFC license and/or refrigeration license
  • Must have some technical or trade school experience
  • Knowledge of PCW systems is required
  • Experience with a data center is a plus
  • Background in the hitec and/or pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred
