Our Nashville, TN client is looking to hire a part-time Paralegal on temporarily with the possibility of direct hire.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience as a paralegal
Must have PARTNER SYNDICATION experience
Ability to concisely edit
Ability to multi-task
Must be very professional and personable
Great organizational skills
Must be detail-oriented, perfectionist
Ability to work in fast paced, entrepreneurial environment is required
Strong command of MS Office
20 hours/week
Responsibilities include previewing partnership syndication documents, including PPM’s, LPA’s, subscription agreements, and provide suggestions.
Compiles suggestions from principles and create finished copy.
File formation documents in various states and obtain FEIN’s.
