Frontline Source Group – temporary staffing and direct hire firm – is looking for a Part-Time Customer Service Representative for our Plano, TX client on a contract basis.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls using multi-line phone system
Assist customers with service requests with professional attitude
Maintain and input customer information into database
Create service orders
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service role
Must possess friendly and professional attitude
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Professional appearance and demeanor for occasional front desk coverage
Must be able to work part-time hours, M-F 8:00AM-1:00PM with occasional Saturdays
