Our Dallas, TX client is looking to hire a Patent Attorney on a temp to hire basis.
Scope/Responsibilities:
The client seeks a Patent Attorney with a minimum of two years of patent preparation and prosecution experience. The ideal candidates will have experience with a range of technologies including, semiconductor devises, image processing technologies, wireless communication and networking, software and hardware, artificial intelligence, controllers, and consumer electronics. Experience providing validity and infringement opinions and due diligence in IP portfolio acquisition is desired, but not required. Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials, superior communication skills, and keen attention to detail. Education:
A technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or with a JD.
