Frontline Source Group – temporary staffing and direct hire firm – is looking for a Private Equity Tax Manager for our Parsnippany, NJ client on a Direct Hire Basis.
Description:
PCS Managers will provide leadership in timely and quality delivery of services to assist the expectations of our clients. PCS Managers are also responsible for the development and motivation of PCS engagement staff and provide the staff with leadership, counseling and career guidance. In addition, PCS Managers also review the work of PCS Seniors as a quality control check and to train PCS Seniors on how to best serve and advise clients.
Requirements:
Five or more years of general tax experience, preferably with at least three years’ experience in financial services and business flow through entity taxation.
Experience with Subchapter K, withholding rules of IRC 1442 and 1446, informational reporting for foreign investments and investors, is required.
Experience with the following a plus:
Forms 926, 8865, 1042, 8804/8805
PFIC reporting
ECI & UBTI reporting
Advanced technology skills to enhance tax service delivery
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or other business related field required.
Masters of Accounting-Tax or LLM-Tax a plus.
CPA license or Member of a State Bar required.
Business development experience, through targeted relationship building and client referrals, a plus.
Experience managing remote teams
Up to 20% Travel
