Our NW Austin client is looking to hire a Production Manager for their growing company. This is a direct hire opportunity:
Duties:
Coordinate schedule and dispatch jobs to subcontractors
Create computer takeoffs of materials and job costing
Overseeing the production and operations process, drawing up a production schedule
Ensuring that operation process is cost effective
Making sure that products are produced and on time and are of good quality
Working out the human and material resources needed
Drafting a timescale for the job
Estimating costs and setting the quality standards
Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs
Working with managers to implement the company’s policies and goals
Supervising and motivating team of workers
Additional Duties as Needed
Qualifications:
Three years of Production Managerial experience
Degree preferred but not mandatory
Assertive Personality
Must be an effective communicator
MUST BE BILINGUAL
