Our Dallas, TX client is looking for a Project Manager to join their team on a temp to hire basis.

Kick-off Meeting
Subcontract and Scope Review
Summarize Upfront Documents
Detailed Budget and Cost Coding
Project Schedule & Milestones
Detailed Specification Review with Suppliers
Coordination of Structural Drawings, Architectural Drawings, Shop Drawings
Engineering Review
Material Procurement Negotiations
Products Selection and Review
Shop drawings Coordination & Preparation
Submittal Outline and Log
Order, Organize, and Obtain & Distribute Submittals
Shop drawing review & critique
Obtain Dimensional Agreements or Field Check Strategy
Prepare Purchase Orders, Bill of Materials & Releases
Attend jobsite coordination meeting
Coordinate interfacing with Customer and other subcontractors
Prepare Cut-list for write-up, with Final Shop Drawings
Prepare and Run Pre-Fabrication Meetings
Expedite materials to the shop and/or field
Prepare and Run Pre-Construction Meetings
Coordinate and Communicate with the project foremen
Track, Record, and Follow-up on PCO’s, RFI, ASI’s etc.
Prepare Monthly Billings
Education & Experience:
5 plus years in the glass and glazing / curtain wall industry
College degree in engineering or construction management (a plus)
