Required Experience:

Must be familiar with all documents necessary to estimate, bid and construct small and mid-size commercial construction projects

Must be familiar with submittals and the submittal process
-
Must be familiar with how to acquire the materials to work with the subcontractors necessary to construct the project

Must be familiar with industry standard forms of monthly payment applications
Qualifications:
-
Must have at least five years of commercial construction experience
-
Must have experience leading a team on a commercial build
-
Possess the ability to work with deadline and with a tight budge
