Our Irving, TX client is looking for a NOC Manager on a direct hire basis.

Job Duties:
Effective implementation of the End to End fault management process company wide.
Ensure processes are aligned towards achieving committed SLAs and KPIs
Establish and Implement Quality Procedures.
Achieve customer satisfaction within network performance.
Build and lead NOC team
Will be responsible to proper operation of the NOC. The 24/7 hours responsibility of the network is required.
Ensure the surveillance, organization and motivation of all the team members of the NOC.
To define the NMS system set-up and authority administration for collection of NW surveillance alarms and dependability statistics data in co-operation with support system engineers.
Review and take actions on all the change request (CR) received.
Check whether network performance reports are generated as desired pattern and delivered on time.
Participate in recruitment interviews.
Recognize training requirements for people and give coaching where applicable.
Check the working environment and conditions of employment.
Have efficient and documented routines/procedures with all concerned inner working units like: different system support units, inner working operators, subcontractors, rollout units, planning/engineering units.
Provide the operation director with reports of NOC performance on a scheduled basis.
Attend management meetings about NOC activities.

Requirements:
College degree a huge plus but may be overlooked with certification and 7+ years of NOC management experience
Must have at least a CCNP certification
Ability to be on call 24/7
Huge plus if experienced with Windows Systems Center
SAN experience a big plus
