Our Plano, TX client is seeking a Project Support Engineer on a direct hire basis.

SUMMARY
- Manages survey deployments and provides support to other departments by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. (Other duties may be assigned.)
- Handle and load all incoming address and response files.
- Generate all regularly recurring reports.
- Build surveys to meet client specifications.
- Provide regular status updates to all appropriate parties.
- Provide first level technical support as necessary.
- Support the sales process as necessary.
- Support in-process survey projects as necessary.
- Support Project Managers with any technical issues as necessary.
- Provide other client services as necessary.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Four year degree from college or technical school; equivalent experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products with knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server. Must be willing and able to learn new things.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Excellent ability to effectively communicate in writing or verbally with team members or customers.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to work with others in a team environment.
