Frontline Source Group – temporary staffing and direct hire firm – is looking for a Projects Assistant for our Dallas, TX client on a temporary/contract to possible hire basis.
Position Description:
Responsible for supporting a variety of managers and directors and will report to the Corporate Office Manager
Provide primary back-up phone coverage to the receptionist at the front desk
Create and develop PowerPoint presentations for the Director of Learning and others
Type and design general correspondence, charts, tables and graphs
Assist with set up and clean-up of internal meetings in conference rooms and training room
Work independently and with a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects
Assist with overflow administrative duties as requested
Position Requirements:
2+ years administrative support experience
Expert experience using Microsoft PowerPoint software
HS Diploma or GED Equivalent
Must have experience in office procedures and use of office equipment
Must have the ability to communicate accurately and clearly both orally and in writing with good organizations skills and attention to detail
Must have pleasant phone manners, front desk appearance and ability to greet and assist all levels of visitors and guests
Knowledge of computers; specifically, experience in Microsoft Office with proficiency in PowerPoint creating and developing presentations
