Purchasing Administrator – Fort Worth Texas

Our Fort Worth, TX client is seeking a Purchasing Administrator on a 3 month contract basis.

Responsibilities:
Work directly with vendors and complete purchase orders
Create purchase orders
Proofread and edit delivery spreadsheets for accuracy

Requirements:
High School Diploma Required
Degree highly preferred
Heavy Excel intermediate to advanced
Previous experience working with purchase orders
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to multitask a must
Ability to copy, paste, format and lookup items in Excel
