Our client in Bossier City, LA is looking for an Quickbooks Administrative Assistant .  The selected candidate will have the following skill set:

Description:
The Administrative Assistant performs general clerical and office duties for the Bossier City office. The duties will include reception, accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll duties.

General duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Greeting guests, answering phones, filing, and customer relations
Maintaining job logs, invoicing and making follow-up calls to customers on past due accounts
Maintaining and reconciling petty cash, coordinating and entering monthly American Express reports, and coordinating, coding and obtaining approvals on job costs and operating expenses
Obtaining and receiving daily job crew sheets and time sheets, and calculating and submitting weekly payroll reports to the corporate office

Qualifications:
High school diploma a must
College degree preferred
1-2 years experience performing similar duties
Basic clerical and bookkeeping skills required
5+ years of recent Quickbooks
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently
