DUTIES:
- Calling into property management companies for information
- Data entry
- Basic research on multiple real estate properties
- Printing and binding projects/proposals
REQUIREMENTS:
- College degree is preferred
- Must be detail-oriented and have a strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of commercial real estate is a plus
- Ability to learn quickly and jump right in is a must
- Must be outgoing and very personable
- Must be internet savvy
