Our Dallas, TX client is seeking an Office Assistant on a contract to hire basis available to start immediately.
Duties:

Being first point of contact for the office
-
Answering phones and greeting customers
-
Creating and maintaining daily Excel spreadsheets
-
Sending correspondence as needed to clients
-
Supporting the Customer Service and Sales teams
-
Filing, scanning and copying documents
-
Data Entry
-
Creating and printing reports
-
Assisting as needed on day to day duties as they arise
Requirements:
-
Proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
-
Very dependable and on time.
-
Able to work independently and with little supervision.
-
Must be self motivated and work efficiently.
-
Able to Multi Task and meet deadlines.
-
Business Casual office
-
8:00 am-5:00 pm Monday through Friday
