Our Dallas, TX client is seeking an Office Assistant on a contract to hire basis available to start immediately.

Duties:

  • Being first point of contact for the office
  • Answering phones and greeting customers
  • Creating and maintaining daily Excel spreadsheets
  • Sending correspondence as needed to clients
  • Supporting the Customer Service and Sales teams
  • Filing, scanning and copying documents
  • Data Entry
  • Creating and printing reports
  • Assisting as needed on day to day duties as they arise

Requirements:

  • Proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Very dependable and on time.
  • Able to work independently and with little supervision.
  • Must be self motivated and work efficiently.
  • Able to Multi Task and meet deadlines.
  • Business Casual office
  • 8:00 am-5:00 pm Monday through Friday
