Our Euless, TX client is in need of a Recovery Advocate Coordinator for Direct Hire opportunity.

Position Description:
The purpose of this position is to ensure and oversee the daily operations and supervision of the Recovery Advocates.

Essential Functions:
Assigns, directs, schedules and supervises residential Recovery Advocates.
Oversees and ensures smooth operation of the client residential structure, schedule and treatment milieu for all assigned programs.
Ensures that Recovery Advocates are engaged in appropriate and effective client observation and interaction to maximize the client’s engagement and participation in activities in all assigned programs.
Implements and maintains all policies, procedures and processes that ensure the physical, behavioral and emotional safety of all clients.
Collects, aggregates and analyzes all data related to the residential component of all assigned programs (including incident and client satisfaction reports) and initiates activities targeting continuous performance improvement.
Schedules employee work times to maintain adequate and efficient client, activity and facilities supervision at all times in compliance with licensure and accreditation requirements.
Helps develop and maintain adherence to a departmental budget in conjunction with the finance and human resources.
Maintains liaison with all collaborative partners who impact the client/program schedule including the alumni coordinator, sales team, 12 Step meetings/speakers and supportive external agencies.
Coordinates activities with other departments, especially the Nurse Manager and Program Coordinator of assigned programs.
Regularly makes complex decisions regarding program structure, routines and programming schedules and addresses staff performance concerns orally and in writing.
Make decisions in cooperation with HR about the performance and behavior of supervisees and holds staff accountable to a high level of excellence in performance.
Thoroughly, accurately and timely documents problems and progress concerning individual staff members and overall programs improvements. Consults with HR before taking any written corrective action with staff.
Conducts annual performance evaluations for staff, including goal setting.
Conducts regularly scheduled meetings with staff to communicate issues regarding procedures, processes and overall effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications:
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Current and active licensure as an LCDC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, or LMFT with a focus on substance use and general psychiatric disorders including an approved QCC on documentation is preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in social services or related field education in management preferred.
Three years’ experience in field of adult alcohol/drug abuse residential treatment or related social services delivery field, residential preferred.
Minimum one year supervisory/management experience.
Valid Texas Drivers License.
Knowledge of the 12 step process preferred. Previous experience in a 12 step facility is preferred.
