Our Grand Prairie, TX client is seeking an Recruiter (Call Center).

Responsibilities:
In partnership with Call Center leadership, lead the creation of recruiting plan for open positions.
Support recruiting efforts through resume/ phone screening and interviewing
Research and recommend new sources for candidate recruiting
Post positions through approved channels
Employ multiple feedback mechanisms and analysis for continuous improvement of the recruiting process
Network through industry contacts, association memberships and associates
Build networks to find qualified candidates
Create contacts within the industry
Administrative duties and record keeping
Prepare and/or submit necessary paperwork for potential candidates (I,e. rejection letters, offers, background checks, etc.)

Requirements:
Degree required
3+ years of experience as a recruiter for non exempt positions
3+ years of call center recruiting experience is required
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
