Frontline Source Group – temporary staffing and direct hire firm – is looking for a Recruiter for our Fort Worth, TX client on a contract to possible hire basis.
Summary of Recruiter Position:
Maintain and monitor applicant tracking system.
Coordinate interviews for candidates and Hiring Managers and prepare interview schedules.
Conduct candidate telephone screens & initial interviews.
Assist in collecting and coordinating candidate feedback from managers.
Assist in the preparation of job descriptions.
Write advertisements and place open positions on company website, job boards, and social media sites.
Conduct candidate reference checks and manage background check submittals.
Assist with campus recruiting initiatives (registering for college career fairs, scheduling information sessions, etc.)
Assist with Summer Internship Program.
Coordinate New Hire Orientation schedules and logistics.
Perform various administrative duties to support the Human Resources Department.
Recruiter Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in the Human Resources field preferred (but not required), plus 2 years of HR experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Industry experience preferred.
Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Extremely driven and able to perform in a fast paced environment.
Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Exceptional customer service focus.
Superior verbal and written communication skills.
Commitment to confidentiality.
PC Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
