Our Lombard, IL client is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator on a Direct Hire basis.

The Recruiting Coordinator provides general administrative support to the Manager of Recruitment and a team of Recruiters. This position plays an integral role in the overall success of the recruiting team and will be heavily involved in project work as it relates to developing and implementing future recruiting strategies. 

Responsibilities:
Assists with job postings, sourcing and other recruiting activities as needed and as directed by the Manager of Recruitment
Assists with setups, maintenance and reporting in applicant tracking system
Project coordination and support for various recruiting initiatives
Administrative support includes, but is not limited to, processing invoices and expense reports, vacation tracking, ordering equipment, coordinating travel, tracking recruiting spend, etc.
Updates and maintains documents to be shared by Recruiters in a central and organized manner, such as interview guides, advertisements and job descriptions
Answers inquiries related to recruiting and directs candidates to the appropriate Recruiter or ATS
Coordinates and occasionally attends job fairs and other recruiting events
Supports college relations and community relations initiatives
Develops interview guides and other forms or templates to be used by Recruiters
Assists in generating reports and tracking metrics
All other administrative duties as assigned to support Recruiting team and others in Human Resources

Skills/Requirements:
At least one year of experience in an administrative or support role
Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
Extremely organized
Detail oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy
Experience with generating reports and formatting data in Excel a plus
Previous experience in recruiting or other Human Resources role a plus
Candidates with a degree or coursework in HR are strongly encouraged to apply
