Frontline Source Group – temporary staffing and direct hire firm – is looking for a sales coordinator for our North Austin client on a contract to possible hire basis.
Position available for a highly motivated, organized and sales oriented individual to schedule and oversee the sales process for a team of Sales Associates.
We are a 20+ year old Austin company that provides and installs home improvement products to Austin Homeowners. Our team has worked very hard to lift us to the top of our industry and we are looking for that one special professional who has the ability and desire to make sure we stay there.
Qualifications:
Has an extremely pleasant, professional and confident phone presence
Has the ability to multi-task effectively while maintaining an uplifting attitude
Is extremely detail oriented and highly organized
Is highly computer literate and comfortable with different office, sales and marketing software
Has enough sales and customer service experience to understand sales and marketing processes
Have a strong desire to succeed and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions
Enjoys working in a fast paced but casual environment
Is extremely efficient and accurate in entering data into the database.
Job Duties:
To manage customer phone and email requests for information and appointments.
Call customers back to setup appointments for the sales staff.
Effectively maximize the time of our outside sales people by scheduling and coordinating their appointments with customers in the most efficient manner possible.
Must be thoroughly familiar with the Greater Austin area
To assist customers through the process of appointments, estimates, sales, schedules and payments.
To oversee and execute ongoing marketing programs to potential and existing customers
