The role this person will play:
This person will work directly with outside sales people to provide sales support and customer support to international customers, including quote preparation, coordinating technical support, export documentation and logistics, coordinating communications, business development activities and working with many other departments. This position can work out of the Lewisville, TX location or the Lewistown, PA location, but no relocation assistance is available. They will prepare quotes and deal heavily with Export documentation.
Background Profile:
3+ years’ experience in sales coordination/customer service
Experience with export documentation, Certificates of Origin, Freight Forwarders Incoterms, Ocean Freight and Logistics, especially working with Africa, Asia and/or the Middle East
Strong computer and systems (Oracle, JD Edwards, SAP, etc.) skills including intermediate to advanced Excel.
