Our Waco based client is looking for a sales representative to service one of four cities, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Houston, Austin or San Antonio. This is a direct hire opportunity. Our client is an established debt collection agency. They are looking for an experienced Sales Representative for Healthcare Accounts Receivable Management and Collection Services with 3 to 5 years in the medical sales industry.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Ability to plan, project and deliver a revenue stream targeting healthcare clients
• Prospecting calls, prepares quotes and contracts for their assigned territory
• Maintains all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations
• Develop sales and marketing tools for target clients and markets
• Develops and delivers sales & marketing presentations of our collection services for established and prospective clients
• Coordinates the implementation of client contract specifics to assure client satisfaction
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Basic understanding of agency services and credit and collection policies
• Ability to identify, prospect and sign new clients and services to facilitate business growth
• Adherence to HIPAA and agency compliance requirements
• Proficient in MS Office software and collection software
• Excellent oral/written communication skills
• Well developed presentation skills
• Excellent customer relations skills
• Availability to travel to Waco for quarterly meetings or as permitted
**** Individual must be self disciplined and able to work independently since they will office out of their home.
