Duties:
We have an immediate need for a Sales Support Specialist to act as a liasion between customer service, VP of Sales and the sales team in order to promote our products and services, assist in coordinating set appointments, dinner programs and study club events for outside sales representatives.
The Sales Support Specialist will prepare sales reports and disseminate them to the sales team as well as collate incoming sales reports into specified formats for distribution throughout the organization. Shipping and receiving of daily inventory. Scheduling travel arrangements. A professional and positive attitude is the key for this role. The ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, must have an outgoing and engaging personality and must be very customer focused.
Requirements:
2-3 years experience
High School diploma; 2 years college preferred
Previous experience in the healthcare industry preferred
Working knowledge of QuickBooks and Salesforce.com
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to build and maintain good relationships with clients, both internal & external.
Must be proficient in MS office Suite: Word; Excel; Power Point; Outlook
Experience scheduling travel arrangements
Strong work ethic.
Must be customer focused and Internet literate.
Any past customer service &/or Sales Support experience is an advantage.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
