Your role with the company:
The SAP SD/MM Architect role is an opportunity to flex your creative muscles. In addition to strong SD/MM skills, intimate product knowledge is required as you will be implementing new modules, functions, and functionality. Specifically in CRM, portal, Transportation, Revenue, and all related interfaces. This is an individual contributor role whose primary responsibilities include managing and executing full-scope implementation projects, developing complete and robust solutions to business entities across SD and related processes, and engaging various architecture and delivery teams to determine best practices for configuration and process changes across SAP. Given the scope of this role, this person must completely understand the process and be exceptional at finding the systemic solution to meet the optimized process. Along with excellent communication skills, one must also possess the confidence to recommend ideal solutions within the product standard, and manage competing priorities.
Background profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Math/Chemistry or other technical field
8+ years of hands-on SAP SD and 5+ years of MM customization/configuration experience on large scale implementation projects, with at least 3 years of CRM experience
Exposure to at least 2 full SAP life Cycle implementations
Strong abilities to collaborate with multiple groups on a project
Excellent analytical and time management skills
Strong project management, problem resolution, and decision making skills are essential
