Our Glendale, AZ client is in need of a Scheduler on a contract to possible hire basis. This person will directly assist the Account Managers with their clients.
Responsibilities and requirements include but are not limited to the following:
Call on respective clients to confirm or schedule delivery appointments (approximately 70 calls a day)
Take information from forms submitted on website and enter information into transportation software
2+ years of Customer Service experience required
Logistics experience in transportation or trucking industry a plus but not required
Strong experience in Microsoft Excel and Word
Must be organized, have strong attention to detail and be focused
Great written and verbal communication skills required
Must maintain professionalism at all times
