Our client in Dallas, TX is looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant for a contract to possible hire opportunity.  The firm is hiring for the upcoming busy tax season to help with the extra workload.  The selected candidate will have the following skill set:

Scope/Responsibilities:
Performs advanced, diversified and confidential administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge of organization policies and practices. This person will be in frequent contact with the various members of the organization.  Externally, this person will be the face of the organization, in contact with valued clients and other members of the community
Prepares, as well as initiates, routine or non-routine correspondence, memorandum, report summaries, etc. as needed with the utmost professionalism and accuracy to the organization and external community
Provide administrative support to partners in a variety of capacities including tax work, proofing, and written correspondence.  Other capacities include telephone coverage, copier projects, mail handling, and supplies control
Participates in staff meetings
Keeps informed of company policies and procedures; answers related internal and external questions within authority and policy
Perform other work-related duties as assigned

Education/Skills/Experience Requirements:
HS Diploma or GED Equivalent required
Associates or Bachelor Degree in Business or related field preferred
At least 4 years previous administrative support, executive assistance, and/or other professional experience that demonstrates a high level of professionalism, responsibility and reliable proof work
Ability to learn new processes and protocols
Ability to take initiative and personalize documents to clients as needed
Ability to compile data intensive documents and deliver them in a professional format
Ability to interface well with all fellow employees within the company and to represent the firm in a highly professional manner
Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and external contacts to the organization
Possess a high degree of proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point
Must be polished and extremely professional
Must feel comfortable in a professional environment
Must be able to work overtime during busy (tax) season
Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality. Ability to handle sensitive material concerning the firm and clients
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Exceptional organizational skills required. Ability to meet designated deadlines is also a critical qualification
