Our Goodyear, AZ client is seeking a Sr. Administrative Assistant on a contract to possible hire basis.

Position Summary:
Performs and/or oversees a variety of associated administrative, budgetary and planning activities, some of which require advanced or specialized knowledge and skills. Coordinates and facilitates meetings, program functions and/or special events. Relieves executives of administrative functions. Handles multiple projects and monitors invoices and expense reports. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals using a wide degree of creativity and latitude

Responsibilities:
Oversees the operation of office logistics, helps facilitate financial and talent/recruiting processes, including the management of contracts, purchase orders, and telecommunication and invoice coding.
This will include answering of phones, greeting guests upon arrival, ordering office supplies, printing items for executive signature, scanning and emailing back to requestor, being the point of contact for interview candidates etc., collecting mail from the hospital and distributing in office.
Maintains calendar, coordinates travel arrangements, provides telephone support, schedules meetings and interviews, and completes and distributes meeting minutes and agendas for executives
Serves as a central point or liaison with other departments and external constituencies in the resolution of matters concerning the departments
Researches information compiles statistics and gathers and computes various data; prepares special and/or one-time reports, summaries or replies to inquiries, selecting relevant data from a variety of sources
Experience in IT environment preferred

Skills:
At least 5+ years of experience in Administrative role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies
Knowledge and skill with word processing, data entry, general accounting principles, fiscal management and database management (Microsoft Office, Outlook, strong in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Ability to use independent judgment and to manage and impart confidential information
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and judgments on sensitive, confidential issues
