Our Nashville, TN client is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with a consumer products background to join their team.

This position is responsible for creating graphic designs, logo treatments and color options for new and existing consumer products by developing and editing graphics documentation for packaging artwork and owner manuals. This includes: – Develop shipping packaging graphics and coordinate artwork with packaging suppliers. – Work with outside art suppliers to ensure proper reviews and approvals have been performed. – Responsible for organization, development, improvement of in-pack product literature, carton art and product badging such as logos, warning labels, name badges, etc. – Maintain electronic library of all electronic graphic art files. – Provides timely delivery of packaging artwork (e.g., 4-color litho designs) and in-pack (e.g., product/owner manuals, quick start guides) to support product launches while minimizing inventory and production delays. – Serve as a liaison between marketing, engineering, manufacturing and purchasing departments. – Work closely with product innovation and brand management on various industrial design projects. –Review and direct output from associate designers, as needed. Specific Skills 4 year college degree in related field preferred. |
