Responsibilities:
Assisting customers with software issues.
Assisting with projects.
Providing on the job training.
Other duties as required.
Requirements:
MIS or CS degree preferred.
Good communication skills both written and verbal.
Technically savvy and understands routing, basic server, firewalls, and any development technology knowledge is a huge plus.
