Our Plano, TX client is seeking a contract to possible hire Software Trainer. This person will be training customers on how to use computer applications or programs.
Requirements:
2-5 years in a similar role.
Degree highly preferred.
Ability to build curriculum for classroom environment.
Excellent communications skills both written and verbal.
Must be able to measure how well the clients are absorbing the material and adjust the presentation accordingly.
Ability to explain technical complexities effectively.
Must be able to structure presentations to fit certain circumstances.
Excellent organizational skills in order to prepare for training.
Will consider someone who has an education/teaching background with software/technical acumen.
