Our DFW, TX client is looking for a Senior Front-End Web Designer with strong background in Javascript.
You will help improve customer experience by setting up A/B and multivariate tests, and will be involved in various aspects of the test ad product development process. You will partner with the Product, Marketing and Technology teams to define and launch new and creative experiences for web pages and web applications. Big plus for analytically-driven designers who thrive on data-driven design choices for multivariate testing.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in xHTML, CSS, DOM.
Confident writing native JavaScript applications without supervision
A portfolio demonstrating clean and compliant code
Strong knowledge of Web standards and usability
3+ years of front end web development experience
3+ years of professional HTML/CSS experience
Mastery of code editing software
Ability to design table-free layouts for web and email
Preferably, experience designing and coding multivariate or A/B tests for large sites
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and hit deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
Team player with a positive attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
