Our North Houston, TX client is in need of a Staff Accountant for a Contract to Hire opportunity.
Duties:
Will be responsible for all Accounts Receivable duties including billing.
Will administer payroll through a 3rd party payroll system.
Responsible for preparing international fuel taxes.
Will prepare 2290 tax.
Handle all license and registration of all company vehicles.
Requirements:
A degree in Accounting or similar.
5 years of Accounting experience in similar role.
Strong attention to detail.
Must be very hands on.
Must be able to work in Conroe, TX for the initial training period and then be able to work in the general area of George Bush International airport.
