Supply Chain Management Technology Team Specialist Role:
The Specialist will be supporting the SCM Technology Planning Team, taking on operational and administrative functions in order to allow the Senior Team Members to focus on driving strategy for the group. All requests for the SCM Technology Team — Sourcing and Procurement — go through this Team for intake, and then are assigned out to Category Managers. The Team also facilitates Business Reviews, performs market and rate analysis and vets all requests for SCM Technology support. This resource will be focused on working with our partners in Technology to capture their requests in QuickBase in a timely manner, per our established SLA’ s (Service Level Agreements). They will also assist in pulling data and creating reports around the request life cycle, current status of requests, turnaround times, etc. 
Duties and responsibilities:
Ensure requests are responded to and intake sessions are captured from the Customer within targeted SLA’ s.
Performs analysis in support of Business Reviews.
Performs market research and other analysis requests as necessary.
Hold self and others to commitments and drives adherence to agreed upon SLA’ s for delivery of work to Customers. Keeps others (Leaders, Team, Customers) updated on status. 
Follows established processes for monitoring work and measuring results. 
Performs Analysis of SCM Technology Demand and throughput. 
Identifies opportunities for process improvements and creating efficiencies. Assists in developing and implementing processes and procedures. 

Supply Chain Management Technology Team Specialist Background Profile:
Bachelor’ s Degree preferred or demonstrated work in a Supply Chain environment similar to the above mentioned duties preferred.
Microsoft Word, Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookup functions), and PowerPoint creation and delivery experience required
Enter information/requests into Quickbase
Good written and verbal communication skills required ( Ability to assertively yet professionally communicate in meetings and one-on-one with Team Members and Customers).
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information required.
Demonstrated ability with effective time management and organization skills with ability to manage detailed, concurrent tasks required.
Ability to meet deadlines required. 
Experience working in a strategic sourcing/procurement environment preferred. 
Familiarity in/awareness of different technologies and software development practices preferred.
Eye for process improvement preferred – looks for and seizes opportunities to do more or to do things better. 
Ability to problem solve by analyzing data, draw conclusions and making recommendations highly preferred.
