Company Information:
Our client is custom machining service that specializes in down-hole drilling tool applications.  This company is set apart not only by their ability to build to exacting specifications but can also provide complete traceability for all components.   Services range from building off of clients’ CAD files and drawings, in-process inspections, data development (2D prints to 3D models), and reverse engineering for replacement tooling when plans are not available.

Your role with the company:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales and gaining market share in the Houston market.  This is a senior-level role and requires someone with the ability to work directly with executives, help create and guide market strategy, and then put it into effect.

As one who is managing the full scope of Business Development, the technical ability to discuss design with clients and manage the complete project cycle is essential.  Experience working with clients in the down-hole drilling industry and a network of contacts would be an ideal background for this role.  This position also requires the ability to create detailed and accurate sales forecasting, as well as reporting relevant customer and prospect interactions.

As market share and a strong customer base is established, you will build a growing sales team providing the opportunity to manage your own team.

Background profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred or trade experience in machining is preferred
6+ years of experience in a Business Development role in a similar industry (2+ years in a Sr. level)
Ability to read and evaluate engineered drawings and assist clients with design questions
Expertise in down-hole drilling tool applications preferred

Manager Gas Supply Planning – New Orleans LA

Frontline Source Group  – temporary staffing and direct hire firm – is looking for a Manager of Gas Supply Planning for our  New Orleans, LA client on a direct hire basis.

Responsibilities
Advanced level position responsible for managing and developing design day, seasonal, annual and multiple year load forecasts. Supervise planning and forecasting group. Required to provide regulatory testimony supporting the company’s forecasts and decisions.
Develop a common corporate strategy around load forecasting and capacity planning.
Develop models and templates for forecasting to be used enterprise wide.
Utilize proprietary load forecast to manage all aspects of load planning including; pipeline capacity determination, daily supply requirements, Peak day needs, monthly supply requirements, and annual supply requirements. Create and maintain daily volumetric database.
Provide other business units with regulatory support for data requests including historical weather and volumetric data. May serve expert witness and give testimony before state commissions.
Creates short-term forecasts to assist with daily purchase decisions.
Assists with maintenance and tracking of divisional hedging plans. Develops financial models to track and maintain hedging results. Serves as backup for financial hedging execution agreements.
Reviews and updates contracts and contract database as needed. Assists with contract negotiations.
Develops and monitors functional area budgets to ensure efficient utilization of resources. Plans and directs the achievement of area goals and objectives within established company policies.
Maintains adequate staffing levels to ensure proper administration of activities. Selects, develops, trains, motivates and evaluates the performance of assigned employees.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
10+ years progressively responsible related experience in natural gas industry
Requires the ability to communicate, persuade and/or influence internal and/or external customers at a high level such as senior management on matters of a technical and/or complex nature.
Requires the ability to perform analyses involving ratios, percentages and simple statistical methods
Requires working knowledge of various software applications to create documents, reports and/or graphics.

The Field Service Manager is responsible for really developing the service department for the company.  This role requires someone with the ability to hire, train, and manage a field service and shop repair department consisting of Service Techs working domestically and internationally.  This would allow the right candidate to manage a strong team yet still be the technical expert needed to ensure projects are running smoothly.  The company is also introducing a new product to the market that will assist in making older rigs more competitive which is speeding up their growth.  This position requires a strong project manager with real world experience in rig up or electrical maintenance on drill rigs.  Some travel is required for the management of various rigs and when technical expertise is needed.  

Background profile:
Associates or Bachelors degree in electrical/electronic controls or military electronics training
At least 10 years of progressive field experience and commissioning of drilling rigs
Minimum 3 years of experience direct supervisory of technicians and managing rig commissioning projects
Experience with SCR and VFD drive systems
Exposure to PLC programming and troubleshooting
Ability to travel up to 10-15% of the time

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Senior Sales Management role

Consultative selling approach and ability to communicate effectively with executive level customers and partners
Expertise in structuring sales quotas and revenue expectations

Summary:
This person will be part of the clients Engineered Systems Team. This business unit is looking for someone that will be able to assist them in quickly getting ISO 9000 certified. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management in updating an existing QA system; perform supplier surveys; document NCR’s and corrective actions and interface directly with oil & gas producer QA representatives.

This team specializes in detailed engineering design and manufacturing of very high-integrity Industrial Control Systems (electronic, pneumatic & hydraulic) which includes custom panel fabrication, custom integration, project management and customer testing for upstream oil & gas production facilities and pipeline stations.  The successful candidate will be exposed to and become proficient in multiple disciplines, e.g., process, mechanical, structural, instrumentation and electrical.

Requirements:
Familiarity with implementing ISO: 9000 Quality Systems required
Working understanding of qualitative and quantitative statistical analysis / reporting a plus, but not required
Familiarity with UL / NRTL Certification for electrical system a plus.
Offshore oil & gas experience highly preferred
Technical degree and / or experience preferred
Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of directly related experience

Primary Responsibilities
Maintain warehouse operations (receiving, warehousing, and distribution) by coordinating with proper staff and enforcing operational/personnel policies and procedures
Ensure accuracy of information and compliance with systematic review of records
Manage inventory by organizing and lead physical counts to reconcile with data storage system
Investigate discrepancies between physical inventory and electronic records
Promote process improvement in the warehouse by planning and implementing design layouts, inspecting equipment and initiating repair or requesting replacement
Ensure the safety of staff and property through proper education of safety policies and procedures
Properly manage inventory by taking appropriate actions for non‐usable, slow-moving and excess stock
Coordinates activities of distribution hub with regional branch warehouses
Properly maintain all documentation and records regarding movement of goods

Requirements:
High School Diploma is required, some college is preferred
5-10 years of Warehouse Management in Oil & Gas industry
Manufacturing experience is a plus
Previous experience managing a staff of 5+
Strong leadership and management abilities
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
Strong eye for process improvement

Responsibilities:
Assist Pro}act Manager with execution of the construction project

Manages ongoing, periodic and ad hoc compensation projects. Provides support in Mergers & Acquisition Teams assessing the total compensation value and recommending transition actions to merge into the company’s platform, minimizing impact, identifying risks and facilitating communication.
Prepares and conducts compensation related communication, such as brochures, incentive plan documentation, and pay administration guidelines and publications. Drive consistency in the design, content & delivery.
Evaluates, recommends and implements compensation programs, ensuring alignment across the division as well as considering geographical differentials and specialty groups.
Evaluates program proposals to ensure the cost/benefit relationship meets the organization’s objectives/goals. Monitors effectiveness of new and current programs. Make recommendations for sustainable future initiatives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree required.
5+ years of compensation experience required.
MBA preferred

Upstream Accounting Manager – The Woodlands TX

Our client in The Woodlands, TX is seeking an Upstream Accounting Manager on a Direct Hire basis.

This is an established global company with ample opportunity for growth.  The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of upstream accounting, previous experience with US GAAP and IFRS GAAP, CPA is a plus, and bilingual in Spanish is also a plus.

Primary Responsibilities:
Manage a team of 7-9 accountants
Supervise the general ledger, daily operations, and ensure proper reporting
Evaluate, revise, and implement policies and controls as necessary to maintain strong operational objectives and departmental compliance
Assist with planning and directing of the company’s upstream businesses through proper analysis
Manage the preparation of bank reconciliation, P/L and B/S account reconciliations, revenue and expenditure variance, year-end closing entries and audit schedules
Oversight of internal control functions
Prepare monthly investment portfolios for upstream businesses, both, domestic and select international

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or closely related field
CPA designation is preferred
10+ years of experience in O&G Accounting with at least 5 years in a Supervisory role
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS GAAP
Extensive experience in Upstream accounting functions
Previous experience with ERP software systems
Bilingual in Spanish is a big plus
Strong work ethic and a high degree of organization

Call Center Supervisor – Grand Prairie TX

Our Grand Prairie, TX client is seeking a Call Center Supervisor (AKA Care Center Supervisor). The Call Center Supervisors work with the Care Center Leadership team to monitor effectiveness of service policies and practices.  Using appropriate forums, they disseminate information to associates and initiate and perform regular development coaching.  Care Center Supervisors manage phone coverage, schedule adherence and attendance as well as key performance indicators.  They know how to defuse situations, get to the issue and solve the problem.  Care Center Supervisors must possess a strong knowledge of call center industry and best practices and are exceptional managers of time and tasks.  Care Center Supervisors must be able to lead by example, which requires superb customer service skills.  They are highly motivated, flexible, adaptable, organized and accountable.  Success as a Care Center Supervisor requires the ability to build strong relationships and to guide and develop associates towards maximizing or exceeding their potential.

Responsibilities:
Work with the Care Center management team to monitor effectiveness of service policies and practices.
Address/resolve all escalated customer communications from Advocates and assist with those directed to the Home Office via emails, letters, and telephone calls.
Escalate all issues pertaining to center operations or customer issues to appropriate management.
Provide advanced level service knowledge and coaching for Advocates and Team Leads.
Support ongoing training / continuing education of Advocates and Team Leads.
Act as or assign appropriate mentor for newly trained employees.
Using appropriate forums disseminate information to Advocates, and Care Center leadership team.
Work with HR and Care Center Leader to recruit, identify, and screen applicants for Advocate positions.
Work with HR and Care Center Leader to identify opportunities for Advocates and Team Leads within the company for growth and development, and implement those opportunities
Initiate and perform regular performance development coaching for Advocates and Team Leads
Work with IT to identify opportunities for care center efficiency and inter-departmental partnership.
Perform all Care Center floor management functions.
Answers front line calls from customers and escalated calls from agents or field during peak or critical times.
Acts as on site supervisor as required. To include but not limited to, floor supervision, staffing, system troubleshooting, and escalation of areas of concerns to senior management as outlined.
Keep up working knowledge of Call Management System for service level and schedule adherence.
Maintain daily and weekly phone statistics for their individual team members.
Manage daily phone coverage, schedule adherence, and attendance.
Maintain and update daily team attendance tracking in required database to ensure adherence to corporate attendance policy.
Ensure proper coaching, counseling and documentation occur as necessary
Complete team reports as outlined by care center management
Manage to Key Performance Indicators (KPI) as established by Care Center Management
Troubleshoot operations problems, including implementing escalation and emergency plans
Maintain positive professional relationships with key regional leadership contacts
Flexible schedule. This position oversees an environment that is open 7 days a week up to 24 hours that will require weekend rotation and some evenings.

Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years customer service experience and a minimum 2 years leadership experience
Degree preferred but not required
Retail indsutry experience highly proferred
Luxury Customer Service experience is required

The Benefits Manager will serve as a resource for employee and local human resources personnel for all benefit programs for the corporate office.The role interacts regularly with HR Managers at the various plant locations.  The Manager serves in a fiduciary capacity as a Plan Administrator. Requirements:
