Frontline Source Group – temporary staffing and direct hire firm – is looking for a Tax Accountant for our North Dallas, TX client on a direct hire basis.

Position Description:
As a Senior Accountant, you will perform a variety of tax assignments within time constraints. Possess the ability to communicate with clients in a professional manner as well as learn the client’s business as it relates to a particular area of assignment. Focus is on both partnerships and individuals. You will also have the opportunity to assist in training less experienced team members
Establish and maintain strong client relationships
Provide outstanding client service
Review and prepare 1120, 1120S, 1040, 990, 990PF, 706, and 1041 tax returns
State tax preparation experience for multi-state organizations
Tax estimates and projections
Field work for IRS audits and independent audits
Form 1099 filings
Special projects
Position Requirements:
CPA or CPA candidate
At least 4 years of tax experience with a Regional or Local CPA firm
Small CPA firm experience is ideal but not required
Excellent communication skills with clients and team members
Must be interested in a partnership track
Must be a team player
Strong communication skills; ability to interact with a broad range of individuals
Strong professional presence and leadership skills; ability to mentor and develop staff
Highly dedicated with a positive attitude, self-motivated, a team player who takes initiative
