Our Irving, TX client is looking for a Technical IT Manager with the following skill set:
Provides leadership, management and support for the Enterprise Integration (EI) technical support team. Facilitates consistent business analysis of complex integration projects, documents requirements and leads the team to timely, quality solutions. Provides EI team, to include technical team and architects, with priorities and optimizes overall work delivery. Coordinates and negotiates resource needs with other IT teams and external resources. Responsible for working closely with the Director of Enterprise Integration to support Policy, Procedures and standards, plan team delivery budget, and ensure great communications with EI Team, IT and customers.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree required. Must have 12 years’ experience in IT systems with a strong technical understanding of business process, information architecture and integration technology; oil and gas experience preferred. Must have 3 years’ experience managing IT teams and a demonstrated record in leading and inspiring people. Demonstrated skills in facilitating problems to resolution required; will need skills in creating good solutions to broad issues from disparate views. Demonstrated skills working with people and supporting their needs with a sense of urgency in solving customer issues required. Must have some Project Management skills and be able to lead and manage projects to deliver on budget, on time, and with high quality results. Must have the ability to manage the client through a thorough understanding of the business requirement and a quality solution to the issue. Good oral and written communications skills a must.
