Frontline Source Group – temporary staffing and direct hire firm – is looking for a Technology Services Manager for our Nashvile, TN client on a direct hire basis.

Job Description:
Responsibility for technology services staff
Defining roles and requirements of associates
Interviewing, hiring, mentoring, and coaching associates
Directing and assigning personnel to projects and activities
Building consensus within teams and among peers’ teams
Reviewing, evaluating and assuring quality of work and customer service
Preparing and delivering performance reports

Responsibility for technology services/business relationships
Building and maintaining relationships with business department leaders and associates (e.g. Operations, Customer Service, Safety, Training, etc.)
Proactively gathering and acting on feedback from business “customers”
Tracking and improving metrics, KPI, uptime, etc.
Determining and addressing patterns and problems in support posture
Reporting to the business on weekly metrics, project status etc.

Responsibility for support, maintenance, and tracking of existing technology
Identifying, prioritizing, and resolving reported problems
Ensuring third+ tier support efforts are coordinated, monitored, logged, tracked and resolved appropriately.
Tracking network device, server, and storage
Developing, maintaining and managing to annual financial budgets

Responsibility for implementing new technology
Participating and/or generating project charters for new infrastructure projects
Establishing and managing project scopes and schedules
Collaborating with technology and services architects
Prioritizing project work against ongoing support and maintenance activities
Supporting efforts and needs of other technology groups’ projects (application development, field, solution center, analytics, etc.)

Responsibility for procurement and vendors
Managing vendor relationships (technology and contract labor)
Managing appropriate inventory level and mixture

Requirements:
Demonstrated progressive experience in the management of enterprise infrastructure teams
Demonstrated process improvement in previous roles (TQM, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
Understanding of ITIL, including ITIL certifications
Strong experience with Analytical / Organization tools (excel, SSRS, Crystal, etc)
PMI, ITIL, MCSE, CCNP certifications desirable
Minimum of eight (8) years of experience information systems, project management or process improvement roles with progressive responsibility for projects, personnel, etc.
Minimum of four (4) years of accredited college work with a degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or similar.  Preference for MBA or other advanced degree; degree requirements may be waived with significant related and demonstrable work experiences
