Our Dallas, TX client is seeking a receptionist on an ongoing contract basis. Under direction of supervisor, perform a variety of duties including answer telephone lines; page, greet and assist visitors and office personnel; type and transmit messages; review and modify status screens; reserve conference room; assist administrative departments with mail-outs and special projects when time permits.

Duties:
Answer phones and redirect caller to appropriate internal party
Answer internal telephone calls for paging  and assistance
Transmit voice messages to company personnel from incoming calls
Page company personnel and visitors to specified number
Greet and assist company visitors
Assist Administrative departments with projects
Prompt arrival time to open and close desks based on scheduling
Prepare expense reports
Train incoming employees on phone system

Required:
Ability to type 50 wpm
Ability to express self-effectively, both oral and written
Promote friendly atmosphere
Strong command of English language
Ability to establish effective working relationships throughout company
High School diploma required
Previous experience of as receptionist in professional environment
Business professional environment, Monday-Friday, 8-5
