Our Plano, TX client is looking for Title Examiners:
Responsibilities include:
Ability to review and clear title, judgments, divorce, trusts etc.
Clear closing documents
Familiar with the lender docs, how to read the commitment and make sure the docs are signed as required
Able to confirm the notary acknowledgment is executed correctly.

Able to work varied shifts

Available for OT at month end
