Our Northwest Houston, TX client is seeking a Director of Operations with Tubular experience to join their team on a full-time basis.
This position will provide direct leadership over several districts. This is an opportunity to join a well-established group with excellent growth potential. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with at least 5 years of casing running experience, 10+ years in drilling and completions, strong operational ability, and highly organized.
Primary Responsibilities:
P&L responsibility for all of Tubular Services; Tubular Services District Managers report to Director of Operations.
Enforce company policy and procedures throughout all districts, with implementation of best practices and standardization in all districts.
Strict adherence to and elevation of all company HSE policies, with a focus on an improvement of the safety record
Ability to assess new markets, set up new districts, and plan new facilities is a plus.
Qualifications:
Degree or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience in drilling/completions
5+ years of casing running experience
Very strong operational experience
Excellent organization and communication skills
Established customer relationships is a plus
