Our Downtown Dallas, TX client is in need of a Yardi Developer to join their team on a 3-4 month contract basis.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for understanding all areas and aspects of Yardi program
Navigate to the correct data streams and remove specific data in order to transfer it to the new system (propriety system SQL 2012 with Salesforce as the front end)
Provide reporting and database development
Serve as a leader on the implementation team
Qualifications & Requirements:
College Degree
5+ years of professional Yardi development experience
C# experience
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and Javascript
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail, be a self-starter and excel in team environments
Proven ability and initiative to learn and research new concepts, ideas, and technologies quickly
Knowledge of residential real estate or experience with accounting systems is a plus
