Office Assistant
Our Austin client is looking to hire an Office Assistant to join their team on a contract to possible hire basis.

Office Assistant Role:
Provide excellent administrative and clerical support to the team and help keep the office running efficiently.
Answer phones, schedule related appointments, and address customers’ questions.
Create and manage a range of records for the organization and fax, scan, or copy as needed.
Monitor inbound emails and relay those messages to the appropriate parties.
Update databases include customer lists, contacts, mailing data, etc.
Create outbound correspondence.
Track and distribute office supplies.
Maintain a clear and organized office environment.

Office Assistant Background Profile:
HS Diploma or Equivalent
1+ years of experience working in an office environment.
Must have experience working on a computer, especially working with programs like MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
Experience working with email, group messaging, data services.
Attention to detail is a must!
Excellent communication skills are required.
