Administrative Assistant / Customer Service
Our client, located in San Antonio, TX, is in immediate need of an Administrative Assistant / Customer Service for a Direct hire role. 

Company Profile:
Distribution center

Your Role:
Answer incoming calls from customer and take their orders
Will input orders in to QuickBooks
Will schedule order delivery with drivers
Will input daily rail car shipments into QuickBooks
Responsible for all invoicing, billing and accounts payable
Work will the bill of lading process
Place orders with vendors
Make sure invoices get to the right person to be approved for payment

Background Profile:
High school diploma
3+ years of administrative experience
Previous experience with freight or other forms of movement of goods is required for the role
Recent QuickBooks experience is required for the role
Previous experience with invoicing, billing and AP
Exposure to Bill of ladings is required
